Meet your Instructors

  • Sidney Garden

    RYT200 Yoga Teacher

Sidney stepped on a yoga mat for the first time in 2016. She was looking for a new workout routine, and was pleasantly surprised at what yoga gave her not only physically, but mentally as well. She continued an at home practice off and on until 2018. In April 2018 she attended class at Four Yoga and Wellness and completely fell in love with the community and guidance a studio class brings. After going just a few more classes, she knew she had to attend teacher training. Sidney obtained her RYT 200 through Yoga Core and More at Four Yoga in December 2018. She loves teaching a powerful vinyasa class that allows every yogi, no matter experience, to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Off the mat Sidney enjoys adventuring with her husband and 3 kids, being outdoors, and being surrounded by great friends.

The added benefit of meditation, and self-study has deepened her personal relationships and created life changing growth. With stretching and breathing exercises, plus a flow through postures designed to increase your heart rate, Melanie’s class will challenge you and enable you to enjoy more walks with family and friends.

Andrea teaches a lighthearted vinyasa class for all levels of experience. She is excited to bring a sense of unity to her community!

  • Emilee Johnson

She hasn’t stopped attending in-person yoga classes since and was encouraged by the instructors at Bloom to go to yoga teacher training. Emilee has been at Bloom as a student since June 2022.  She completed her yoga teacher training in March 2024 with Flow Midwest Yoga & Meditation and is excited to share the peace and calmness of yoga to her community. Off the mat, Emilee enjoys taking naps with her many cats.
