Dance Fitness Classes Starting in June 2023

It's a dance party at every class. A high intensity (modifications for every level) training that combines elements of hiit and dance to give you a total body workout. We dance to the latest hip hop hits and throw in some hot country too.This class will leave you sweaty and feeling like you just went dancing on a night out with friends. No dance experience required.
